We want you to be happy with your Fablunch containers. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Here are some answers to your questions about how to return your Fablunch container.

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items sold by www.fablunch.com within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (excluding shipping cost). Once an item has been used (i.e. an item was washed, came in contact with food), it is no longer considered new. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original product packaging. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

2. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?  

Processing a return is easy! Just follow these simple steps: 

Step 1: Contact us

OUR RETURN ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ADDRESS WE SHIP OUR CONTAINERS FROM. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL YOUR RETURN PRIOR TO CONTACTING US AND CREATING AN RMA.

Prior to sending a return back to our facility, please email info@fablunch.com within 30 days of receipt of your order with the following information:

Step 2: We issue you an RMA

After receiving your email, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please note that all Fablunch containers must be shipped back new and in their original packaging or a refund will not be issued. All returns must also be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and the RMA form

We will provide you with our return address that is closest to you where the returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a return. 

Step 3: Package items

Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and the RMA form in your box, along with the unused items in their original packaging. 

You can use your original Fablunch shipment box or any unmarked cardboard box - just make sure there are no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box. Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package or the package will be returned to you. 

Step 4: Ship back to Fablunch.

Mail your return back to Fablunch. We will provide you with a return address when we issue the RMA.

Please note that the shipping costs you paid on your original order are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. DOES FABLUNCH OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS? 

Unfortunately, no. Fablunch does not generally offer free shipping on returns. You are responsible for any return shipping costs required for shipping the product back to us. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as Fablunch is not responsible for lost items. 

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?

A refund will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt of your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, a refund to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs that you may have incurred. 

5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PERIOD?

We are happy to provide you a refund on new, unused items within 30 days of the date that you received your Fablunch container. 

6. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend returning the item you already purchased and placing a new order with www.fablunch.com

7. WHAT HAPPENS TO SCHOOL LUNCHES IF I RETURN MY CONTAINER?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your Fablunch container. This timeline allows us to evaluate how many containers are final sales and can therefore be counted towards our giving program. 

8. MAY I RETURN MY FABLUNCH CONTAINER WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR CREATING AN RMA?

No. Please make sure to contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our containers from. Any refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us first will be denied.
